Liquid net worth calculator.
Compare accessible assets minus all debt with your total net worth.
Start calculatingAbout this calculation
Method and limits
Liquid net worth = eligible liquid assets − all outstanding debts. Total net worth adds your other assets before subtracting the same debts. This tool uses the all-debts convention; it is not a short-term cash-flow or emergency-fund calculation.
Use current gross asset values and outstanding debt separately. Do not enter home equity and then subtract the mortgage again. Count an account total or its underlying holdings, not both. The tool does not estimate tax, forced-sale discounts, future returns, or withdrawal proceeds.
Each field accepts up to 1,000,000,000,000 and three decimal places. Use plain digits or comma groups such as 100,000 or 1,00,000. Calculations retain thousandths; currency display can round them. Missing fields are omitted. Check all three fields for a complete record. This is an educational balance-sheet calculation, not a statement that you should sell assets or repay loans.
A worked example
With $50,000 in eligible liquid assets, $400,000 in other assets, and $180,000 in debts, total net worth is $270,000. Liquid net worth is −$130,000. The same debt is subtracted in both views; only the asset set changes. These synthetic USD figures do not fill the calculator or change when you choose another currency.
